dl10n software package provides Debian infrastructure and tools for localization, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install dl10n
dl10n is installed in your system.
Make ensure the dl10n package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep dl10n *
You will get with dl10n package name, version, architecture and description in a table
